All orders are processed through the website.

All payment through the website use a secure merchant provider which is paypal. This can be used if you have a paypal account or simply use as a guest. 

We use Royal Mail tracked 48 service which we have two prices

Items sent via large letter will charged £3.95

Items sent via small parcel will be charged £4.95

We require a mobile number so you can track your order.

Our wax melts & clamshells are made by Blush Home Studio. Using high quality, eco friendly ingredients. Please find below some of the ingredients being used.

-Soy wax is clean burning and has no taxing, carcinogens or pollutants which means it is less likely to trigger allergies and isn’t putting any nasties in your air. With soy you won’t get any carbon-like soot that you sometimes see from paraffin waxes. 

-Biodegradable eco glitter wherever possible. Eco glitter only comes in hex shapes so our shapes such as hearts and stars, which you will find only in a few of our products, are not biodegrade. We are fading these glitters out of our range completely but once these become available as eco alternatives we will add them back into our product. Eco glitter is made of 90% biodegradable cellulose film. Unlike plastic glitter which takes hundreds of years to breakdown and is most likely to end up in the ocean. Eco biodegradable glitter is designed to be metabolised by microorganisms in the sewage system, so very little, if any, will end up in the ocean.

Pre-Order allows you to buy our NEW scents of the month a few days early with exclusive fixed discount so you order will be posted on the 1st of the following month. Perfect to plan in advance for that special gift.

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, please get in touch via email orders@scentinabox.co.uk with your order number.

We will advise on our return procedure, however the product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. Return postage is covered by the customer.
